Scenario submissions
Submitted rules and maps are stored for owner review. Only approved scenarios are public. Rejected submissions remain in the private review archive until the owner removes them. An optional contact email is stored privately for administrator follow-up and is not included in public pages or map downloads. It is removed when the scenario is deleted. Do not submit other personal or confidential information.
Scenario update requests
Update requests are stored privately for the administrator, linked to the relevant scenario. Resolved requests remain in the review history. Do not include sensitive personal information.
Local drafts
The editor keeps recovery copies in this browser. The submission form keeps a draft in this tab until it is submitted or cleared. These drafts are not uploaded until you submit.
Usage counts
The site records daily totals of page requests, submissions and approvals, retained for 90 days. These counts do not use visitor IDs, analytics cookies or cross-site tracking. Requests with Do Not Track enabled are excluded. Hosting access logs are managed separately by the hosting provider.
Essential security
Session cookies protect submission forms and owner sign-in. Short-lived hashes of IP addresses limit repeated submissions and sign-in attempts. Google Fonts may receive your IP address when fonts load. The Probability Engine retains Google AdSense from the previous site. Google may use cookies and collect data for advertising, subject to the site’s advertising consent settings.
